My Coaching Approach

I offer 1:1 tailor-made coaching sessions to stressed high-achievers who want to STOP the stress BEFORE hitting the wall, or want to come BACK after a burnout - back to a more balanced, purposeful, and confident life.

Coaching Goal

As your Stress & Burnout Coach, my ultimate aim is for you to go from barely surviving to start thriving. From feeling like a plastic bag in the wind, getting thrown in every direction based on different demands from work, family, and society, to getting to a balanced mental state where independent of how much the wind blows outside, you will stand strong with both feet on the ground because you have found your inner peace and strength, purpose and balance. To go from blindly being driven by Performance, Prestige, and Perfection to start living life with a clear Purpose. To go from always operating in thinking/doing mode to experiencing what it feels like to access the feeling/being mode. All of this without having to stop performing or being ambitious, but merely by becoming aware of a purpose-filled, sustainable, and balanced way of doing so. To align your body and mind. To align your doing with your being.

Coaching Method

In order to get there, I’m using a science-based coaching approach originating in cognitive behavioral psychology, positive psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness where I mix hands-on stress-reduction tools with visualization exercises and powerful reflective questions in order to go deep to increase awareness of the root cause of your stress or burnout, acceptance of the situation before taking action to change through small manageable steps and SMART goal setting.

Structurally, my coaching approach is divided into three phases, where I use the NOTICE-SHIFT-REWIRE neuroscientific stress management tool:

🧠 1.) NOTICE: The awareness phase (deep reflective work);

🧠 2.) SHIFT: The stress-management phase (acceptance, habit formation, and goal setting), and;

🧠 3.) REWIRE: The transformation phase (integration of the new balanced cognitive and behavioral strategies into your everyday life).

To put some more words to it, I guide you from Stressed to Blessed by

(Step 1 - NOTICE) asking meaningful deep thought-provoking questions and using effective tools in order to get to the core of the behavior that has led to stress and burnout and for you to gain awareness about anything ranging from confidence issues/limiting beliefs and perfectionism to performance anxiety and avoidance coping strategies/inability to be present in the present moment.

From there we (Step 2 - SHIFT) create a stress-management plan with a BIG Goal broken down into small, manageable steps to take until the next session.

The final part (Step 3 - REWIRE) of our coaching journey together is focused on cognitive strategies, mindset shifts, and tangible tools to use to manage future stressors in order to sustainably be able to integrate your newfound balance, your WonderBalance, into your everyday life. You will go from barely surviving to start thriving!

  • I offer 6 Tailor-Made 1-1 sessions for 1095 $ (comparison price: 1170 $).
