My name is Sanna Kulevska and I’m a Certified Stress and Burnout Coach, motivational speaker, and the founder of WonderBalance.
I went from being a stressed-out high-achieving lawyer and semi-professional athlete — to a complete crash and four years of sick leave from work due to two massive stress-related burnouts — to start living a wonderful life in balance.
I have gone from Stressed to Blessed. My stressed life was shaped by what I choose to call “The 3 P:s” –– Performance – Prestige – Perfection. They have now been exchanged for a blessed life with PURPOSE.
My purpose is to help you not have to suffer the way I have in order to find balance, purpose, and confidence. I will help you STOP the stress before you hit the wall, or help you find your way BACK after a burnout – and in the process upgrade to a 2.0 version of yourself!

Balance
Are you feeling that stress is controlling you and demands from work, family, and society have taken over your life in an endless loop of work-sleep-eat-repeat? That if you just had more time and energy you would be able to find balance?
Balance is not something you find, it’s something you create. Having mental balance refers to the state of being mentally and emotionally stable, with an ability to cope with the daily demands and stressors of life in a healthy way.

Purpose
Who are you when no one is watching? What do you value deep inside? When you find your purpose, your WHY, you stop feeling like a plastic bag in the wind getting thrown in different directions, and more like a stable tree, deeply rooted in what’s meaningful to You.
Having a clear purpose gives you meaning when you wake up, motivates you, simplifies your life, and focuses your energy on what’s truly important.

Confidence
Do you find it difficult to say No? Who would you be if you were less perfectionistic? Confidence is not “they like me” — real confidence is “I’ll be fine if they don’t”. Confidence is saying No to things that are not aligned with your values and purpose in order to say YES to yourself and what’s important to you.
Confidence is less people-pleasing, less perfectionism, and more healthy boundaries, which are keys to freedom — freedom to be confidently yourself!

My Coaching Approach
As your Stress & Burnout Coach, my ultimate aim is for you to go from barely surviving to start thriving.
I’m using a science-based coaching approach originating in cognitive behavioral psychology, positive psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness where I mix hands-on stress-reduction tools with visualization exercises and powerful reflective questions.
The coaching journey is divided into three phases, where I use the NOTICE - SHIFT - REWIRE neuroscientific stress management tool.
